Do you buy bags?

No we do not buy a bag.

 

 

Do you buy old trunks?

Yes, we can be buyer of all luxury trunks brands: Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Moynat, United States or Hermes. Thank you to give us photos of the 6 faces, as well as the interior, dimensions, sales prices and your contact information (address and phone number).

 

 

I wish to know the value of my trunk, do you make an estimate?

No, we do not make a price estimate .

 

 

I want to sell my Louis Vuitton trunk and bring it to you?

Yes a hand delivery is possible and preferred to the extent possible, the hand delivery is done on Paris Bastille by appointment only.

The trunk I saw on your shop is it in stock?

Our online store is maintained daily.

 

 

Who restores the trunks you sell?

Do you have a showroom to see your articles?

Can I see a trunk before buying?

We do not have a showroom, but it is possible by appointment in Paris to see one of the trunks we have for sale.

Can you confirm that my Louis Vuitton bag is true?

Can you assess my trunk on photo for free?

No we can not assess a trunk on photo, we invite you to read our guide to buying a trunk of luxury.

 

 

Do you guarantee the authenticity of the products on sale?

Malle2luxe is committed for many years in the fight against counterfeiting .

Payment and invoice

How to get an invoice including VAT?

If you have ordered very recently, please wait for the delivery of your package to download this invoice. If you have not received it we can transfer it to you by email on request.

 

 

I want to pay by check is this possible?

Yes it is possible to pay by check you just choose the option we will give you the order and address of the check when order confirmation. Note that for amounts over 200 euros a period of 10 days after receipt is expected before shipping your order.

 

 

How to pay my order by PayPal?

In step 3, select PayPal as the payment method and click "Continue". You are then redirected to the PayPal page to confirm your payment. At this stage, 2 possibilities:

You already have a PayPal account and you log in with your credentials to confirm the payment.

You do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit card on the PayPal page or create a PayPal account in advance.

After confirmation of payment on PayPal and validation of your order, your account is debited and your package is prepared.

Am I covered by the right of withdrawal?

Yes you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order, if a product ordered online is not up to your expectations. More information article 7 and 8 of our CGV . It is your guarantee to buy peacefully.

 

 

Make a complaint

Parcel and shipping

 

Can I remove the goods myself?

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order directly, in Paris Bastille sure appointment.

No shipping charges will then apply to you. This service is free.

 

 

Can I choose the day of delivery of my order?

Yes, it is possible to choose the day of delivery of your order from Monday to Friday. Note that in case of customs control we are not able to guarantee the chosen day.

 

 

How to track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our workshops, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to track delivery. Follow in real time the movement of your package on the site of the partner delivery company (Chronopost, DHL, Fedex, TNT ...)
